Dear Lord; Good morning Father!<\/p>\n
Over the last couple weeks Father, it seems that I\u2019ve been performing more and more data recovery services at my office.\u00a0 It\u2019s actually work that I enjoy; taking a damaged hard drive where the contents have been rendered inaccessible and extracting the client\u2019s seemingly lost bits of information contained therein.\u00a0 It\u2019s a puzzle sometimes, and each drive has it\u2019s own nuances that requires specific \u201cmassaging\u201d<\/em> to get to the data.<\/p>\n For the client, it\u2019s a time of trial to be sure.\u00a0 Critical business data, family photos, tax returns or years of childhood videos may hang in the balance.\u00a0 People tend to underestimate the importance and value of the information they entrust to their computers these days, and when it\u2019s not there all of a sudden it can be quite a shock.\u00a0 In the end, It\u2019s a wonderfully satisfying feeling for me to hand them back something precious that they thought was lost to them forever.<\/p>\n Hold on\u2026 That\u2019s what You do for us!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cBut because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,\u00a0made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions\u2014it is by grace you have been saved.\u201d \u2013 Ephesians 2:4-5<\/strong><\/p>\n We bring our lost and broken selves to Your Feet Lord, and through Your Son Jesus Christ we are \u201crecovered\u201d<\/em> and made whole again.\u00a0 You return to us the most precious part of ourselves, and delight in doing so.<\/p>\n I never thought of you as a fellow geek Father\u2026 I like it.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n Heavenly Father, thank You for \u201crecovering me\u201d<\/em> from my sin and brokenness.\u00a0 Please continue to fill my spirit with new and beautiful \u201cdata\u201d<\/em>, and assist me in promoting Your Wondrous Service to others.\u00a0 Amen.<\/p>\n ~Phather Phil<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Dear Lord; Good morning Father!
