Happy Friday Father!\u00a0 Well Lord, it\u2019s seemed like a terribly long week here for some reason.\u00a0 I\u2019m very much looking forward to the respite of some down-time with my family and friends over the next couple of days, and to some Stillness for You and I to spend some \u201cquality time\u201d together as well.<\/p>\n<p>To finish up the week Father, I\u2019d like to share a couple of things that have been on my heart the last several days.\u00a0 To start with, I\u2019ve had a song running through my head very consistently all week.\u00a0 It\u2019s a wonderfully heartfelt tune written and performed by <a title=\"JJHeller.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jjheller.com\/home.asp\" target=\"_blank\">JJ Heller<\/a> called <strong>\u201cWhat Love Really Means\u201d<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" class=\"youtube-player\" type=\"text\/html\" width=\"599\" height=\"367\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PgGUKWiw7Wk?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowFullScreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This is a powerful song Lord, with an amazing message of Hope and Faith that touches me each time I hear it.\u00a0 It\u2019s always wonderful to hear Your Voice through music.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, as I mentioned before Father, I\u2019ve felt very drained this week.\u00a0 Searching for encouragement and focus this morning, I came across a passage from Isaiah which spoke to me :<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDo you not know?<br \/>\nHave you not heard?<br \/>\nThe LORD is the everlasting God,<br \/>\nthe Creator of the ends of the earth.<br \/>\nHe will not grow tired or weary,<br \/>\nand his understanding no one can fathom.<br \/>\nHe gives strength to the weary<br \/>\nand increases the power of the weak.<br \/>\nEven youths grow tired and weary,<br \/>\nand young men stumble and fall;<br \/>\nbut those who hope in the LORD<br \/>\nwill renew their strength.<br \/>\nThey will soar on wings like eagles;<br \/>\nthey will run and not grow weary,<br \/>\nthey will walk and not be faint.\u201d \u2013 Isaiah 40:28-31<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heavenly Father, You are our Hope, and our Strength.\u00a0 In Your Powerful Hands I lay my Trust, my Love and my Burdens.\u00a0 You are indeed a Wondrous God.\u00a0 Amen.<\/p>\n<p>~Phather Phil<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Lord;
