Well Lord, this past week has certainly been filled with ups-and-downs here.\u00a0 One thing\u2019s for sure though, life is never dull in the Malmstrom household!\u00a0 Thankfully however, through all of the \u201ctossing about\u201d<\/em> our lives have experienced as of late, Your Blessings have continued to be the lighthouse in our daily storms.<\/p>\n Continuing from last week\u2019s Thankful Thursday list Father, this week I\u2019ve been particularly grateful for:<\/p>\n 301. A wonderful day spent with friends at the Chesapeake Celtic Festival<\/a> last Saturday.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 302. A good \u201cNew Patient\u201d visit for Shannon at our new Primary Care Physician.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 303. Spiritual lessons on a cold morning<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 304. Finding tasty new recipes on the Internet.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 305. New ways to express myself on Pinterest<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 306. Our cat Serenity recovering well after having a wound stitched up on her face last Friday.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 307. The enjoyment I\u2019ve been getting playing a new video game that was released this week.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 308. That what I can handle in life isn\u2019t wholly dependent on my strength alone<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 309. A WordPress plugin that allows readers to share my posts on Pinterest.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 310. An inexpensive repair for our large color laser printer in the office.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 311. Friends that come and help move furniture.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 312. Shannon and I being on the \u201csame page\u201d on how we handle the children.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 313. Seeing a smile on my beautiful wife\u2019s face.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 314. A special deal on one of my prescriptions that allowed me to get it at half price.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 315. The salvation we\u2019ve received through Jesus\u2019 life, death, resurrection and ascension.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n (I\u2019m especially thankful for #315 Father\u2026 \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n Heavenly Father,<\/p>\n We lift thanks and praise Lord, for all of the Blessings You bestow on us each day; both those that make Your presence in our lives obvious, and those that quietly support us without due fanfare.\u00a0 You are indeed a caring Shepherd, a skillful Potter and a loving Father.<\/p>\n In Jesus\u2019 Name we pray,<\/p>\n Amen.<\/p>\n ~Phather Phil<\/p>\nPin It<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
