Dear Lord; Happy Thankful Thursday Father!<\/p>\n
Well Father, You\u2019re certainly providing us with an eventful week here in Delaware.\u00a0 Between the earthquake that we experienced on Tuesday and the impending arrival of hurricane Irene this weekend, we\u2019re very much \u201con our toes\u201d<\/em> around here.\u00a0 And while we\u2019ll of course be preparing as best we can for the potential effects of the storm, my fears are allayed by the knowledge that we\u2019re in Your capable hands.<\/p>\n It\u2019s been a slightly stressful week for me Lord, however as always Your Blessings in my life shine through that haze.\u00a0 To continue my Thankful Thursday<\/span><\/em> list, this week I\u2019m especially grateful for:<\/p>\n 211. The sounds of crickets serenading me as I sit on our deck at night.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 212. Jonathan and Aidan having a great first day back at school.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 213. Shannon having a wonderful first day of work.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 214. A smooth server installation for a new client today.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 215. No damage or injuries from the earthquake that happened this week.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 216. The soothing effect Praise Music has on Jonathan when he\u2019s stressed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 217. Feeling more \u201cin-tune\u201d with Your Presence each day.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 218. A significant surge in business this past week.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 219. Having a dedicated Service Manager (and close friend) who keeps my business going.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 220. Melatonin supplements to help with getting my sleep cycle back on track. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 221. Fabric Softener.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 222. The inner peace I draw from Your Presence.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 223. Port wine cheese spread on Ritz crackers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 224. The fact that my kids still like to snuggle up with me.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 225.
